新版本一样，必现的bug，管理员没问题，非管理员一点就卡死奔溃了。只能暂时移除，麻烦尽快解决。还有能不能不要每次更新下载都要积分，应该我花了一次积分就可以享受这个插件的一直更新，谢谢了！

发现个bug,管理员账号点进去没问题，其他账号点进去会卡死

@zou hp @Chen Snowman 需要修改下，重新适配redmine5。随后再上传一个版本。

4.1可以用么？这个插件很好，可惜就是权限设置不太仔细，会对实际生产的安全性带来影响
